Agreement & acceptance
By visiting, browsing, or using services available through dm18pure.com and related ApexBurn offer pages, you confirm that you have read these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them. 7. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind ApexBurn with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase for eligible orders, subject to the exclusions in section 7.4. Process and timing may depend on your payment processor and fulfillment partner; follow the instructions in your order confirmation.
7.1 How to request a refund
Contact support at [email protected] with your order details. Use the same email or reference number associated with your purchase when possible.
7.2 Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where technically feasible. Banks and card issuers may add additional posting time.
7.3 Shipping
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, original outbound shipping may be non-refundable. Return shipping instructions, if any, are provided with your order or by support.
7.4 Exclusions
Products that have been physically tampered with (e.g., broken seals, contamination, or damage from misuse). Opened bottles within the 30-day guarantee period are eligible for refund.

Applicable law & jurisdiction
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law.
